Zainab Boladale is a TV Presenter and Journalist. She gained historic recognition in 2017 when she made her TV debut. Presently, she works on a long-standing factual feature programme where she highlights community and personal stories.

Zainab Boladale has a passion for unconventional narratives which led her to pursue Journalism at an early age.
Upon moving to Dublin from Clare, she enrolled in Dublin City University at the age of 17. She wrote for Irish publications such as The Irish Independent, The Clare People, The College View, Campus.ie, Oxygen.ie, and A Lust for Life during her academic journey. In 2017, she made her TV debut as a Presenter on RTÉ's children's program, news2day, presenting stories from around the world to young people in Ireland.
Since 2019, Zainab's passion for feature storytelling has flourished at RTÉ, where she brings forth compelling narratives on the factual feature program, RTÉ Nationwide. From tales of resilience to spotlighting remarkable achievements and capturing noteworthy events, Zainab's strength lies in establishing genuine connections, creating an environment for individuals to share significant moments, perspectives, and emotions. Her journalistic role takes her on the road, allowing her to explore new landscapes and witness the diverse tapestry of the world just beyond her doorstep.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys exploring other forms of storytelling and regularly contributes to publications, two of which won at the An Post Irish Book Awards in 2023! She also made her debut as a filmmaker in 2023 with the release of 'Worthy,' a short queer film showcased at the GAZE International Film Festival.
