One autumn day in October 2013, Brian’s life changed forever. By then, he had been a heroin addict for more than 15 years and it was slowly killing him. That day, however - which was both the most painful and most important day in his life - in what seemed like an instant, the world seemed to glow. This sudden shift in perspective set him off on an amazing journey, and with a newfound love of learning, he went to university to study the human mind. Life had gifted him a second chance, but after so many years of addiction, He had no idea how to live in the real world. With that, Brian began to develop what he called a ‘Programme for Life,’ a framework that would help him to master his mental, emotional, and external world. It worked, helping him to become a doctor of psychology, a neuroscientist, a published author, a lecturer at the top two universities in Ireland, a coach to some of Ireland’s leading CEO’s. and founder of his company, Change is Possible, where he has reached millions of people with his online content.

Through a combination of his own inspiring story alongside the application of proven tools and techniques, he is determined to identify and unleash the hidden potential in others. From corporate programmes and keynote speaking to one-on-one coaching, Brian offers a range of services to companies and organisations of all sizes. His story will draw you in and inspire you.

Brian has delivered hundreds of talks (corporate and otherwise) in Ireland and internationally.
